Qos settings disappear.

Hello

I have a problem when I configure the Qos on our Cisco 1812 router. I use the SDM interface. When I configure the Qos either using the wizard or manually all appears ok. I'm looking to provide 30% bandwidth to VoIP traffic. The SDM sends the commands to the router the screen updates to reppesent the changes made, but if I refresh the screen display or go to a different screen then go back to the Qos setup the changes made have disappeared. I have created new rules and edited existing rules all have the same effect.

Hi,

Did you already have an active QoS policy on the router before you started using SDM?

If you already have an active service-policy on an interface, you need to upload that configuration into the SDM before you can deploy a new configuration to the router.
