I purchased a CS-MARS-110 last December but I am not able to view the service contract that covers it. When I lookup the SN of the unit it states that it is covered by a service contract.
How do I get the service contract registered to my account so I can control it?
I know this may not be the best place to ask this but I can't open a TAC case because the SN isn't tied to my Cisco login.
