static nat

hello

anybody knows if there is any diffference when natted a cluster. i have a 192.168.30.25 and 192.168.30.26 cluster into 192.168.30.30 with static nat.

but i cant ping them from the next hop router althought all the other machines from the same network i can ..

i dont think there is something wrong with the configuration because i can ping the other machines excepts those belong to the cluster...i just put static nat entries for the real ip addresses of the two pcs ...

Yes we always think the configuration is ok :)

What do you want to achieve exactly?

You want some addresses to be translated to set of public addresses statically or some addresses to be translated dynamically to a pool of addresses or some addresses to be translated to one address by means of PAT or what?

What does the "show ip nat translations" show?
