Hi!
Pls. find the actual meaning of the error msg, and recommanded action for it!
Explanation An SSTP BPDU that was not operationally a trunk has been received on the specified interface.
Recommended Action Verify that the configuration and operational state of the listed interface and that of the interface to which it is connected have the same mode (access or trunk). If the mode is trunk, verify the same encapsulation (none, ISL or 802.1Q). Once these parameters are consistent, spanning tree will automatically unblock the interfaces as appropriate.

Hi,
the switch tells that a normal ethernet port is receiving a Bridge PDU in 802.1Q format telling it that the device connected has configured a trunk at the port. This is inconsistent with your config.
In case you want a trunk to be established you need to set this in F0/22 in the 2950 (switchport mode trunk). Or you reconfigure the connected device not to trunk on this port.
Hope this helps

I think you should disable the sending and recieving of BPDUs on the interface. Try the following command on the interface
spanning-tree bpdufilter enable
