WISP network design

I am planning to start a small WISP and I am just running through what I will need as far as a router and switches. I have attached a network diagram which contains a 2851 router with 9 port 10/100 HWIC and the switches are Catalyst Express 500 series gigabit except for the 10/100 connected to the monitoring network. Is this a good way to set up the network and will the 2851 handle this setup? Can I simplify the network with vlan's and a L3 switch? Any help is appreciated greatly.

This depends upon the traffic pattern which is expected in your ISP. Depending upon on the PPS, backplane capacity of 2851 and Cat express 500 this has to be arrived. The PPS and backplane capacity for both the products can be checked in the product marketing pages.
