1142N Connect a 2nd repeater to a repeater

Hello,

Can you connect a 1142N repeater to an existing 1142N repeater so as to lengthen the range?

Do both repeaters have exactly the same config ?

yes and yes.

While you can do this remember that each repeater will only have half the speed of the previous.

As an example

Parent 100--repeater 50----repeater25

Yes you can do that, but the ip would be different. The issue you will have is the throughput will be cut in half again. So users connected to that last repeater will have little bandwidth to utilize and might complain about slowness.
