1242AG vs. Linksys 54G

Other than the multi channel of the 1042 access point, what is the significant difference between the two?

We usually install only one at each location 20,000 sq. ft. is open warehouse15 ft. ceiling?

The Cisco Aironet 1240AG and Aironet 1240G support local power as well as Power over Ethernet (PoE), either by an IEEE 802.3af-compliant Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) device, such as a switch, or by a device capable of providing 12.95W to a powered device and compliant with Cisco Inline Power.
