3850 wireless can't access the Web-Gui

Go in through the CLI.  Go to enable mode and do a sh run

Look for:

no ip http server

ip http authentication local

no ip http secure-server

If you see the above lines, that is the issue.

If you want unsecured (http://) web access, go to conf t and enter:

ip http server

If you want secure (https://) access, go to conf t and enter:

ip http secure-server

Please let me know if this fixes your issue.  If it does, please rate this answer and mark your question as Answered.

I think this is only IOS based and no GUI support.
