4402 Controller Upgrade - APs now unknown

I upgraded our Cisco Wireless LAN Controller 4402 that has (8) 1100 series APs.

The first upgrade to 4.2.x.x went fine.

However, the upgrade to software version 6.0.199.0 and Boot to 5.2.157.0 seems to now no longer be able to connect to the 8 access points. I am perplexed as to what to do next. The APs are all Power over Ethernet and seem to be working fine.

Thanks for assistance ahead of time.

Re: 4402 Controller Upgrade - APs now unknown

I found my own problem and I am not happy.

Seems the (8) APs that we have are 1010 series access points and their last support was 4.2.207.0 and my upgrade beyond that point broke connection to the Wireless LAN Controller 4402.

Question: Can the Wireless LAN Controller be downgraded to 4.2.207.0?

Question: Can the Wireless LAN Controller be downgraded to 4.2.207.0?

Yes and downgrade with caution.  The philosophy of this warning is because there are some function in the higher versions that is not there in the lower version.
