my 4402 has been working flawlessly for the past 6 years. Today, I remotely reboot the controller but never saw it come back online. When I got to the office, all looks normal, but I'm not getting any link lights on the DS port. I pulled the GLC-T module out and tested the other unused DS port with no success.
The controller has a steady PS2 lights and no other fault light. Does it sound like my module is shot? This is controlling 11 AP's and is critical for me to get it up and running ASAP.
