4402 is not booting up

we are trying to configure 4402 WLC. Half way on the config, the system got stuck. Even doing power reset is not geeting the console screen.

Is this a known problem and how to reset the controller ?

If you are using Hyperterminal for configuring your controller make sure on the port Settings page you click on Restore defaults so that the settings are changed to 9600 Bits per second , 8 Data bits , parity Bits :none , Stop bit 1. Also ensure that you dont have any loose console cable connection. You can also try using Service Port for configuring devices.

I have made sure that HT settings are OK.

Only Symptom is that the port LEDs are blinking from the moment the system is powered on and the system seems to be not booting up. ( although the status and pwer LEDs are solid green ).
