hi,
what is 802.11a/b/g/n standards?
is there any document available for this?
I also want to know basics of wireless like RF, channeling(what it is and how it works?)

There is a lot of information about this on the web. Too much in fact. If your just getting into wireless, maybe take some general training courses is a good start. There are books out there too that helps explain wireless.

I might recommend the CWNA study guide. This will have exactly what you are looking for in 1 book.
