do you know how to telnet or ssh to the AP? If you can, please provide the output of show version. If possible, send me a private e-mail on the serial of the AP. There is a label on the AP showing the serial number. From the serial number, I should able to tell the AP model number.
The Modell Nr. on the Back from the AP is AIR-AP1231G-E-K9
The Serial Numbers:FOC09083HMV and FOC09091E77
The Product Code and all over this AP's is not listed on the Web Gui or CLI?

Can Fix this, to correct use?
where do you get the AP? Both serial number are invalid in our database. I do not want to further comment on it because of legal liability. I will notice the engineering team about this problem. Please open a TAC SR for this problem. Once the problem is opened. Please request to escalate the SR to backbone.
If you have an AP under product warranty, you can attach the serial number of your www.cisoc.com profile and open a TAC SR.
No Smartnet contract is needed.
