Good Day,
Please inform if there is any doc available which lists all the standard communication ports that ACS 3.0 uses (that is for example, tcp 2000 - replication, tcp 2002 - admin web, tcp 49 - tacacs authenication ... etc).

While there is no specific document for ACS 3.0 that I have seen, the following document lists many common ports:

TACACS+ uses tcp/49, and RADIUS uses udp/1812,1813 (older udp/1645,1646).
For web administration, by default ACS uses tcp/2002 for initial client request, then the next request happen in random high ports. You may limit this ports to a specific or range of ports.
