Can you paste the output of

Can you paste the output of these commands:

From WLC: sh sysinfo

From AP: sh evrsion

I think you have tried to factory reset the AP already, if not, try it. Also, try the following commands 'test capwap erase' 'test capwap restart'

Hi,Your AP Model is : AIR

Hi,

Your AP Model is : AIR-AP1131AG-E-K9   (This is for Europe Domain)

and your WLC Configured for America Domain:

RTOS Version..................................... 7.4.121.0

Configured Country............................... US  - United States

1. If you are in US then your AP must have -A-domain.(Like: AIR-AP1131AG-A-K9)
