recently I bought several wireless access point came with different series AIRCAP instead of AIRSAP and some of them having an issue of getting ip address from our dhcp server and when I tried to create on support case by providing serial number from several devices it show error message:
"This product, serial number FGL1931X350, is covered by a service contract not associated with your Cisco.com account. You can add a service contract to your profile using the Cisco Profile Manager or have your service access management administrator do this for you."
what should we do to configure this product and shall I just request for RMA?
