You may need to go into Windows and uncheck the "Use Windows to configure my wireless network settings". Then install the Aironet Client Utilities and configrue the client adapter. The ACU should be on the installation CD that came with the client adapter. Look at your Netgear wireless device and make sure it is configured to accept association from non Netgear divices.
