Aironet 1200 LED Issue

I recently received a 1200ap from my central office and when connected to a lan port, all of the led's flash in a pattern green, red, amber from the top to the bottom. I get no link from this AP and can't seem to do anything with it. I am  a newbie so please be kind in your response.

Thanks

Re: Aironet 1200 LED Issue

Sounds like the APs are running the LWAPP image.  Are the APs going to be joining a controller or are you using them as standalone APs?  If you are using them as standalone APs you'll need to convert them back to autonomous.  You can easily tell which image the AP is running via "show version".  If the image name has k9w7 its running an autonomous image, it if has k9w8 it is a lightweight image.
