hello engineers ,

i want to implement a wireless lan based on air bridge , but i got confused

because i dont know what is the exact part number for these device ;

i think the series are 1200 and there might be sub models .

Hello,

You must first know if you want to do Wireless LAN Bridging (ie interconnection of two wired LAN), or WLAN access (ie wireless connection of mobile wireless clients / laptops).

In the first case you must select the BR-350 product (AIR-BR350-A-K9) + the right antennas.

In the second case you can choose between two products :

AP-1200 (AIR-AP1220B-A-K9) + 2 antennas (AIR-ANT4941or bigger)

or

AP-1100 (AIR-AP1120B-A-K9) with integrated antenna.

The advantage of the AP-1200 is its evolution path (toward .11a), the advantage of the AP-1100 is the price.
