Hi, I am new to the forums so please accept my apologises if this is really easy question!!

We have purchsed 2 Aironet 1300's that we are wanting to use to create a bridge, but after hours of trying and net searching we cannot get them to talk to each other. Can anyone please help? Thanks

To help reduce the "20 questions" ...

What have you tried so far?

Is this a building-to-building bridge, or an internal "workgroup" bridge?

What version of IOS are you running?

Let us know

Scott

Hi Scott,

We don't really know how to set them up, but we seem to have tried every configration under the sun, but we may have missed something really simple. (A step by step guide would be fantastic!!)

This is going to be a building to building bridge.

I am not at work until tomorrow now, so not sure what IOS it is, but we only took delivery of them today.

Big Thank You in advance

David

Product/Model Number is AIR-BR1310G-E-K9, System Software Version is 12.3(8)JA and Bootloader Version is 12.3(2)JA4.

Hope this helps??

Thanks

David

Other possible issues are to make sure you have solid line-of-site ("more than you think you need" because of some properties associated with the "Freznel Zone")

Check it out and let us know if you are still having problems.

Good Luck
