aironet 3600 series, AIR-CAP3602I-A-K9

Hello,

can we deploy cisco aironet 3600 series without wireless lan controller?

Yes you can but you have to convert it to autonomous. You need to have a support contract to download the autonomous software. Here are links to the conversion.

If you purchased an AIR-SAP3602I-A-K9, that would be autonomous and would not need to be converted. The process to convert those to lightweight is the same as the links provided.

absolutely they can, so long as you have L3 reachability between the subnets

Yes they can.  Take a look at this link so you know what you need to do in order to have the AP's find the WLC:

Yes you can use 3600 in autonomous mode to get it used without WLC.
