Aironet compatibility with antennas

Could someone inform me if the AIR-AP1242AG-E-K9 is compatible with AIR-ANT5160V-R?

Both of them use RP-TNC connectors but in PDF says for Cisco Aironet 1250 meanwhile for some other antennas it says

"Best suited for use on the Cisco Aironet 1250 Series Access Point but can also be used on other access points with RP-TNC connectors"

Of course you can use this antenna with 1240 series.

Sometimes the PDFs are not quite accurate, so dont't take them all too serious.
