Anyone using 4.2.176 special

We have a special engineering release of this code that Cisco gave us. We were having some issues with the internal web re-direct and they offered us a fix. I was wondering if anyone else is using this code and is it working properly.

We are on 4.2.176 here. I am not aware of "special". What is or was the issues with the web redirect?
