AP 1702i clients can not ping their getway hence other subnets not reachable from clients

Please any one can help resolve this issue

I have an AP 1702i registered on Catalyst 3850 MC, wireless clients are assigned DHCP from the pool that is created on the Catalyst 3850 MC.

They can not ping gateway hence other subnets not reachable from clients.

Hi,

You need to add below configuration lines. Pls test this and let me know

ip dhcp snooping
no ip dhcp snooping information option
ip dhcp snooping vlan 7

Finally the wireless clients were able to ping the gateway and other IP's beyond gateway, though I did not configured the "IP snooping". But in my scenario I also want to authenticate wireless clients via Microsoft Active Directory Server, The web-authentication page is displayed but when user inputs username and password fails.
