AP-350 Improper Motherboard Config

Hello,

I have an AP-350 that upon applying power remains with the 3 led of color orange (static) and with the following menu (seen by hyperterminal) :

c -- Copy file

f -- File dir

l -- downLoad file into DRAM

u -- Upload file

p -- xfer Protocol

n -- coNsole

r -- Run

s -- System info.

If I look at the System info says:

System ID: 004096575604

Motherboard: MPC855 50MHz, 8192KB FLASH, 16384KB DRAM, Revision B0

Bootstrap Ver. 1.09: FLASH, CRC 710B6415 (OK)

Initialization: Improper Motherboard Config

I can do something or is a fault of Hardware?

Hi!

This should be a hardware problem. The menu you see must be some kind of diagnostics tool for cisco's engineers. You should contact TAC or ask for a new AP from your Cisco distributor.
