AP 350, system is unable to boot

Hi,

I have a problem witch AP 350, hope that I could help.

CLI:

?

Loading "flash:/c350-k9w7-mx.122-13.JA1/c350-k9w7-mx.122-13.JA1"...flash:/c350-k9w7-mx.122-13.JA1/c350-k9w7-mx.122-13.JA1: no such file or directory

Boot process failed...

The system is unable to boot automatically. The BOOT

environment variable needs to be set to a bootable

image.?

Execute the procedure,

ap: set IP_ADDR xx.xx.xx.xx

ap: set NETMASK 255.255.252.0

ap: set DEFAULT_ROUTER xx.xx.xx.xx.

ap: tftp_init

ap: tar -xtract tftp://xx.xx.xx.xx/images/c350-k9w7-tar.122-13.JA1 flash:

but without success,

my server tftp is on, and configure is ok?

i don?t understand?, Please help me, thank you

If above didn't help then it could be a bad AP and you need to get it RMA'd.
