If not all AP's experience this, it can be a bug.. I have seen this in the past and see it also on v7.6 with 1142's and 2602's. I would have to disable the access points radio and then enable it again to see the radio up. Like on your other post, its best to go with 18.104.22.168 of 22.214.171.124. I have noticed also that changes to the wlan will cause the radios to disable... not all, but a few and I would have to disable and enable the radios again.
