AP disassociated from WLC 2504

I have facing a problem when i try to add my AP to WLC 2504 after downloading frimeware AP disassociate from WLC and i can't access it any more even not shown in WLC GUI as well

I check the log error is

"AP Disassociated. Base Radio MAC:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx"

WLC is 2504 WLC with 7.5...IOS

AP model Air cap3602i-a-k9

If some one has solution please reply ASAP

Hi zohaib,

this can happen if you have multiple controller, AP might get confused to which should it take on priority. Rebooting the AP can resolve the problem

OR

Set the primary and secondary controller

Console into the AP and post the "sh logs".  There's a possibility the WLC's time synch is lost and the AP won't join because the WLC has incorrect time and date settings.

AP download frimewareand all setting from WLC how date and time can be incorrect

Post the following output:

1.  WLC:  sh sysinfo;

2.  WLC:  sh time

3.  AP:  sh version;

4.  AP:  sh ip interface brief; and

5.  AP:  sh inventory

I can't able to access AP user mode from console when i attached console its keeps giving me log which i already mention below nothing elso. no user mode or any thing ....i think its is because AP downloaded frimeware from WLC and upgraded itself and now it keep searching WLC

Press the key and you'll interrupt the logging console.

i checked this log on AP

I check list of regulatory list for my WLC AP CAP3602  is mention for my regulatory doamin ..i tried to manual add AP and i check it  joined status i found this error

you can see there is domain check fail what should i do now?

Issue Successfully identified

My AP:  Product/Model Number    : AIR-CAP3602E-N-K9.

As per my Country(United Arab Emirat) it should be : AIR-CAP3602E-E-K9

So now contact supplier and tell him to change the AP with right regulatery domain.

Problem is  with regulatery domain
