Hi All
In order to have remote AP connect to centralized WLC do we need specific model of AP on remote site.
remote site is connected to central site with incountry MPLS
To get good handson WLC which is the recommended cisco course to attend

There is no specific model. You just need to make sure the AP is supported in h-reap/flexconnect.

what is the difference between h-reap & flexconnect, when do i configure either of them

They are the same... depends on what code version you are running on the WLC. It can be refered to as h-reap or with the new code, FlexConnect. You use them if you have remote sites and you don't want all the traffic to be tunneled back to the WLC.
