AP SSO deployment in Cisco 5520 controllers

is it true that for setting up AP SSO between the two 5520 controllers , the primary unit can have "AIR-CT5520-50-K9"  ( 50 licenses ) and the standby unit can have 0 licenses "AIR-CT5520-K9"   ?

so that the secondary unit will inherit the licenses from the primary unit, once HA gets setup between the two controllers ?

also for connecting the 5520 controller , can GLC-TE be used if they are being placed in the same rack as the core ?

Incorrect.  

The secondary unit MUST have 50 licenses and the primary unit can have any AP license (other than "0").
