ap1131ag reboot every 5min.

The ap1130 is rebooting every 5min. This is working on WDS infrastructure and EAP authentication. There is no error log message and no radio interference and low CPU utilization. We have upgrade 12.3(8)JA, but auto rebooting problem is not solved. Is this unit need RMA? The Power Injector of AP1131AG is connected 3COM Swirch,

If the unit continuously reboots, the firmware upgrade may not be successful. This is because the normal boot process is not completed to allow the firmware upgrade. Replace the unit.

Locate the console messages by connecting the console to the AP. Record the messages. Open a service request online with Cisco TAC.
