c1240-k9w7-tar.124-21a.JY.tar

Which is the right one for my AP1242AG-E-K9

What is then different from 10b to 21a ?

New features added, new bugs fixes, new bugs, etc.  The best way is to go through the Release Notes.

I always tend to lean towards the GD versions over the ED versions. I've had issues with ED versions in the past...
