Hi Burhan,

The AP has learn that the management IPv4 address of your vWLC is 10.224.0.71, is this correct? If you login to the AP, can you ping that IPv4 address? If not, please check of the ARP table is populated. Also is the vWLC connected to two different VLANs in VMware (one for management and one for the serviceport?) If not, please change that.

If the problems than still occur, could you include the output of the following commands?

  • WLC: sh sysinfo
  • AP: sh version
  • AP: sh inventory
  • AP: Output of the whole booting process

Hi Freerk,

vWLC ip address is 10.224.0.71. When I login to the AP I can ping to vWLC.

In same situation, other two AP's (has same code and product) registered to vWLC. I saw same errof logs these AP's but after one day 2 AP's has registered. I have no idea why 2 AP's registered to vWLC why did note register 1 AP in same situation when I saw same error logs all AP's console.

Note : There is no license problem. vWLC has 10 AP's license.

When I am on customer site, I will collect these command outputs and provide.

Thanks,

Burhan,

Please verify the code on both wlc and AP.

Hi Mohana,

There are 2 AP's with same code with this AP but these are registered to vWLC. I think all of them has same code.

But if you need code name I will inform when I learn.

Thanks,
