Assigning wlan controller ip from dhcp

Is it possible to give the wlan controller ip to the lightweight AP from the dhcp?

Yes, DHCP Option 43.

For 1602 AP which one should we use?

option 43 ascii "192.168.10.5,192.168.10.20"

option 43 hex

Option 43 is always in HEX.

If it is IOS DHCP server, you can use either ascii or hex. (you can test it out using both methods)

If it is MS-DHCP server you have to use Hex
