Authentication issue without rebooting WLC

Hello,

We have wireless clients authenticating through ISE (using Digital Certificate for Authentication)

The issue is, sometimes one of my wireless clients can not connect to wireless because of some issues. so when I reboot my WLC, then the client can connect. unless I reboot it does not connect.           What can be the alternet solution except rebooting the WLC?  any recommendation please?

Hi,

did you checked that after 3 consecutive failed attempt, client excluded or disabled. so either u must remove from this list and then try again.

on Monitor page of wlc you can remove disable and excluded clients.
