Base radio MAC

I am verifying the connection of all Access Points in my network. My dealing is :

1) Check in the WLC the total number of AP

2) I go to the switch indicated by the WLC to verify the presence the AP.

The issue is that don't know who is each AP, because the WLC works with Base Radio Mac or BSSID and the switch Works with MAC ethernet.

There is any form to convert BSSID to MAC?

This is why it's a good idea to rename the AP during the deployment stage.  

When APs arrive, I use a handheld barcode scanner to scan the serial numbers and the Ethernet MAC addresses.  We then use PERL script to pre-populate an SQL database so when the AP hits the network, the script will automatically rename the AP to our choosing.  So the AP can lie dormant for weeks/months but as soon as the AP joins the controller, it'll start working.
