Technically possible but not recommended.

The only real way to do long distance links is a pair of bridges

It is not recommended because the standards specify a time window for receive before transmitting to avoid collisons, this time window is fixed in the standards. Just like standard Ethernet.

As radio waves travel close to the speed of light it takes a finite time for a radio wave to travel a set distance. The time window in the standards works out to be about 1 mile at the speed of light. You can get these radios to transmit further than 1 mile via the use of high gain antenna etc but the standards limit the "real" range to 1 mile.

A client can end up with lots of late collisions affecting throughput.

There is no standard for the bridge function and as such you can tune this time window via the bridge spacing command in a BR350 but not and AP.

Cisco Clients can handle this change in receive window when talking to a Cisco device but you are still using the device outside of its optimum design.

Would it be possible to have a BR350 on the HQ and a PCI352 Client 10km away? What kind of setup would be these? Does the PCI352 Client adapter supports BR350's bridging mode?

Yes a client card will associate to an BR350 when in root bridge mode

It will on other modes too here is the docco that expalins what each role in radio network means

As said before it is technically possible to have this work, it is not the way I would design my network but you can get it to work

As to if it will work on your site you will need to do the normal site survey as every environment is a little different
