Is BR-350 the only answer to a building to building solution? Does BR-350 Support PEAP in a "bridge-only" mode?

Yes, it is the only true option for 10baseT segment to 10baseT segment over wireless. ( connecting the 2 lans in 2 building for example)

You can use a AP and WGB if in the remote site you have less than 8 MAC addresses AND the distance is less than 1 mile.

Yes you can use PEAP here is the link to the security configuration documentation

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/wireless/airo_350/350brdgs/brscg/br350ch4.htm#1053749

Thanks for your reply. The distance is about 300 meters and the users are 20. In this case, a pair of two APs could be used right? But is it possible to configure the APs to work as bridges only and not let any clients connect to them?

You can NOT use AP's unless in the remote site you are only providing wireless connect and will have NO 10baseT lan

For this topology and 20 users at the remote end your only choice is 2 AIR-BR350

BLD1 LAN------|--- BR350-------radiolink-----BR350-----|----BLD2 LAN

Bridges can be configured as AP's but AP's can NOT be configured as bridges
