BSE 340 Rebooting

We are having a problem with a BSE 340 that keeps rebooting itself. The unit will function fine for a few weeks, then it will go through a period where it reboots itself every 5 - 15 minutes for about an hour. The device then works fine for another couple of weeks. Yesterday we experienced approximately 3 hours of down time due to this rebooting.

Any help will be appreciated.

What firmware version are you running ?

If you are not running Release 8.81 then please update to this.

There was an issue with older firmware where it would behave in a strange manour like you described if there was a problem on the ethernet side, but that is resolved in release 8.81
