On the 2.4GHz radio, don't enable 40MHz channels. That's because that bonds 2 of the channels (1 and 6 or 6 and 11), making it almost useless for anything else. On the 5GHz side, there are enough non-overlapping channels that you should be fine there. And, you shouldn't have to disable CleanAir on that side.
As for getting 802.11n data rates, there are three requirements that need to be met:
Ensure that your desired MCS data rates are enabled
The SSID(s) can only use open or WPA2 for authentication.
WMM must be either allowed or required
Once those are met, you should be able to connect at "n" data rates.

Login to the Active WLC in HA.
