CAP1552E with CT5508

      i have 12 nos CAP3602I, 4 nos of CAP1552E and CT5508 , i have added all the indoor caps (3602I) in controller, but outdoor caps (1552E) are not adding, so anyone please help me.

where is the mode botton? only one reset botton is there...

First check if the is checked?   security > AP Policy ---> Accept Manufactured Installed  Certificate (MIC)

1.  paste the log again ?

2. SH VERSION  and the logs from console.

3.Also paste the screenshot of this page: security > AP Policy

  this ap is not connected with controller, it is connected with root ap.

yes i have change the role of the ap from controller.

another issue is there users are unable to connect the wi-fi, ssid's are showing, but unable to connect, and still showing the following error

Debu,

Did you add the MAC address of both mesh APs to the Mac filter list? Did you have bother connected on the network wired so that they can join the WLC and download the code? Do you have AC power adapter, correct power injector or the right power source to power up these AP's, if not, the radios will not come up. Also make sure you have the antennas connected. Do you also have any other AP's joined to this WLC?
