Hi everyone,
I'm looking into a project to cover a large residential area with wifi using the 1500 series access points on 2.4Ghz and using a 5Ghz backhaul.
Before I go ahead an organise a site survey I'm trying to get a rough idea of the coverage distance on the access points when used with standard dipole anntenas.
They will be mounted onto street lights and in clear line of sight of the next mesh point. access speeds from 1Mb upto 11Mb will be needed by client devices.
I know this is a best guess question but If any of you have experience in this environment your assistance and input will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Arron.
