We are facing below issue with our recently purchased Cisco AP - AIR-CAP1602I-N-K9
We have configured WAP2 security with Auto channels.
Configured 2 SSID (CCL_WIFI & CCL_GUEST) as per VLAN, IP’s are assigned via DHCP to the Client.
Some of our laptop (MAC & Windows) are not able to Connect to CCL_GUEST SSID, if in case it get connect, the client are getting default IP (169.XX.XX.XX).
If we connect to CCL_WIFI, it is getting properly connect and IP’s are getting assign properly.
If we try to provide manual IP, some time it does not recognized the SSID (CCL_GUEST).
We tried the same LAPTOP (MAC & WINDOWS) in our office having – Cisco AP AIR-AP1131AG-N-K9, with same configuration (WAP only), the devices are able to connect to both the SSID’s (BKT_WIFI & BKT_GUEST).
IP’s are also getting properly (as per VLAN) via DHCP.
