Cisco 2602e with 1 two lead Antenna

Hi, Im trying to migrate from old Symbol Wireless kit. I have had a survey done and changed the antenna on the current kit in preparation of the change. They are Dual channel planar. They only have two connections as at the time we were planning on buying 1261N but obviously end of life by the time we came to do the work. We ended up getting 2602 but as we understand we ideally need to use all four connections? Is this the case or can I disable connection C and D and be good to go? Any help greatly received. Ta

There are settings on both autonomous and lightweight to configure what antenna port you will use.  So yes, you can disable C & D if you want.  My preference is to purchase new antennas especially made for the access points you choose.  All I can say is to test it out with the existing antennas if that is what your plan is.

Thanks,

Scott
