Cisco 340 PCI - trouble with moving to another comp

Hi all!

I have situation: Cisco340 PCI working on a PC under WinNT4 Server with SP3, ACU ver. 4.10.010. Card have IP 195.x.x.y, gw 195.x.x.z. Interney provider's AP has it's own IP 192.x.x.x. All working.

I'm moving this card to another comp with NT4 Server with all SP's and latest patches from www.windowsupdate.com. ACU - latest ver. from www.cisco.com (i cant' find distrib. identical to 1st comp). All settings - as on 1st comp.

Result: I can see the AP's IP (192.x.x.x) and MAC, Can ping myself and CAN'T ping my gw (195.x.x.z). The "signal quality" is higher then on 1st computer. Channel and SSID are identical to 1st comp.

What's wrong? What must I do to make it working?
