Cisco aironet 1131AG AP radio interface down

Hi , 
i have a problem with the radio interface of my cisco aironet 1131ag AP .
i have configured the ssid , authentication method , encryptation and i have associated it (the ssid) to the radio interface , but the dot11radio interface still in reset status , and if a restart the interface this msg appears " %DOT11-4-NO_SSID: No SSID configured. Dot11Radio0 not started " what i have to do ? 
Please help

PS also removed the ip address under de dot11 interface and im not sure why the station role is root ?
