Cisco Aironet 1200 series - recovery - OS crash

friends..

I have Aironet 1242 and its crashed. I am not able to boot it up. its showing sm wierd characters. i am sure my wrong OS upgrade did this. but now i am not sure how can i make it work. Can some one please share the procedure to reinstall/ recover the device. I have the original IOs with me.
