Cisco Aironet 1602E i Cant get it to send AP signal

I'm a little on it. I just bought 3 * Cisco Aironet 1602e.
I can easily get into them and put them with the IP they must have on the network. But I can not get them to broadcast the signal out so i can see ith SSID on my phone or computer. I've looked through many guides and I can not find any solution on how to do it.

The 3 Access Point sits in a Cisco Small Business Smart SG200-26P which can provide PoE so it works: D

But how do I get the Access Point here to send a signal.
