Cisco AP 1200 and Intel Wireless adapter 2100

My client has some Dell latitude laptop with Intel Wireless adapter 2100. Since their SSID at Cisco AP 1200 is hidden from broadcast, therefore none of the laptop can see the AP 1200 of course.

So they input the hidden SSID on the laptop and try to get connect to AP 1200 (they use "Open" as Network Authentication and "LEAP" as Authentication type). Unfortunately, there is no response and idle at the connecting process.

However, some of the laptop which are using Intel Wireless adapter 2200 are able to get connected to AP 1200.

Is there anyone have any idea on this issue? Thanks!

To the best of my knowledge, you can upgrade the IOS on the AP to 12.2.13(JA1) and above will start work fine. You can also update the driver for the INTEL card
