cisco AP IOS Image Upgrade issue

Hello ,

i have Cisco AP 1602 and i tried to upgrade the IOS image . i have TAR file and uploaded thorugh CLI and reloded the AP but still its booting with old version ,

we i see in APs flash , i can see both images but old one is without TAR ext and new one is with TAR ext. could you please advice me where i am wrong ?

belwo is the out put of show flash command :

You should use the archive download-sw command. The idle needs to be extracted and then it will be a directory and not just a file upload.
